Gift Vouchers – Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers

Chiltern Mobile Massage Vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase clearly stated on the voucher face. Vouchers will not be accepted after this specified expiry date.

There is no cash redemption on Chiltern Mobile Massage Vouchers. Should the treatment that you choose be less than the voucher face value a credit note will be issued against further treatments with Chiltern Mobile Massage but the expiry date stated on the voucher will still apply.

Chiltern Mobile Massage Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for any Chiltern Mobile Massage treatment to the same value or upgraded on payment of the difference.

Chiltern Mobile Massage Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of treatment and cannot be used in conjunction with any Chiltern Mobile Massage offers or discounts.

Chiltern Mobile Massage Gift Vouchers will be by emailed directly to you as an e-voucher. You will receive an e-voucher to print off or send to your recipient by email. Alternatively, the voucher can be sent by post to you or direct to the recipient’s address.

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations must be received in writing quoting your order reference within 7 days.
