Chiltern Mobile Massage ‘Prepay Offer’ is valid for 6 months for 6 60 minute sessions and 12 months for 12 60 minute sessions, for one individual based within a 15 minute drive from the HP5 area only, from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will not be accepted after this specified expiry date.

Chiltern Mobile Massage ‘Prepay Offer’ can not be divided into shorter treatment times.
Chiltern Mobile Massage ‘Prepay Offer’ cannot be used in conjunction with any Chiltern Mobile Massage offers or discounts.
You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations must be received in writing quoting your order reference within 14 days. If you’ve received a treatment within the 14 days, you’ll be charged the full price for the treatment/s and refunded the remainder minus a £15 administration fee.
Cancellation Policy – 24 hours: This means that you need to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment without deduction on your treatment time. If you ask to reschedule on the day of your appointment or cannot attend, 50% of the treatment time will be deducted if the reserved treatment slot cannot be filled.
