Prepay Offer, Terms & Conditions

Chiltern Mobile Massage ‘Prepay Offer’ is valid for 12 months for both 6 × 60-minute sessions and 12 × 60-minute sessions, for one individual based within a 15-minute drive of the HP5 area only, from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will not be accepted after this specified expiry date.

There is no cash redemption on the Chiltern Mobile Massage ‘Prepay Offer’.

The ‘Prepay Offer’ cannot be divided into shorter treatment times, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Chiltern Mobile Massage offers or discounts.

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations must be received in writing quoting your order reference within 14 days. If you’ve received a treatment within the 14 days, you’ll be charged the full price for the treatment(s) and refunded the remainder minus a £15 administration fee.

Cancellation Policy, 24 hours

You need to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment without deduction on your treatment time. If you ask to reschedule on the day of your appointment, or cannot attend, 50% of the treatment time will be deducted if the reserved slot cannot be filled.
