Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of tissue, effectively treating muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Utilising advanced techniques, this massage applies slow, firm pressure to relieve deeply held tension and alleviate pain. It promotes toxin removal, enhances mobility, and improves circulation, making it beneficial both as a preventive measure and a corrective treatment. When suitable, Gu Sha tools and gliding cups may be incorporated to further enhance the healing process.

Hot Stone Massage blends traditional massage techniques with the soothing power of warm basalt stones. The heat from the stones allows for deeper muscle work while also being placed on key energy points to re-balance the body's natural energy flow. This treatment takes relaxation to a whole new level, offering profound comfort and numerous therapeutic benefits, including stress relief, improved circulation, and easing of muscle tension.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage embodies a holistic healing approach. Commencing with a purifying salt cleansing ritual, followed by the application of comforting warm oil. Fluid strokes are used, mirroring the soothing cadence of ocean waves, to induce profound relaxation and inner peace. A graceful, dance-like technique, using forearms, elbows, and hands to enrich the unique experience. 'Thai massage' is a traditional bodywork practice that integrates yoga, acupressure, and passive stretching.  Performed on a mat or massage couch, the technique involves applying pressure along energy lines (Sen lines) throughout the body. This approach aims to enhance flexibility, induce relaxation, and reduce stress.  The effectiveness the the treatment lies in its ability to address physical and energetic aspects simultaneously, providing a holistic and rejuvenating experience for the recipient.

'Reflexology' is based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet, hands and ears.  These areas form a map to corresponding parts of the body.  Specialised techniques are applied to specific reflex points, and the aim of a treatment is to relieve stress, help restore balance to the body, and improve the client’s general health and wellbeing.

'Aromatherapy Massage' is a classic swedish massage combined with blended massage oil, containing 100% pure essential oils.  During an aromatic massage, essential oil molecules are inhaled and absorbed through the skin. This treatment can soothe, revitalise, uplift, and boost the immune system, enabling the body to heal itself.  A variety of 5 blends are available to choose from for a specific effect. Relax, Balance, Energise, Muscle Ease and Detox.

'Pregnancy Massage' is especially tailored for each mother-to-be or a mother that has recently given birth.  Pre-natal and post-natal massage focuses on soothing and alleviating the physical strains placed on the body.  A range of gentle techniques are used to soothe and relax the pressure on body on the back, legs, as well as the neck and head. A gentle abdominal massage can also be included.

Reiki Healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that promotes relaxation and enhances overall wellbeing. During the session, the client lies down fully clothed while I place my hands on or above the client’s body, channelling universal life force energy.

The energy flows where it’s needed most, helping to release blockages and alleviate physical or emotional discomfort.  Clients often feel warmth or tingling as they relax deeply, experiencing a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation. Many report feeling lighter and more balanced, both physically and emotionally, making Reiki a soothing escape that restores harmony in the body and spirit.
